Nicholaus Kling, a 37-year-old resident of Benton Harbor, Michigan, tragically lost his life on May 1, 2017. The incident occurred at the intersection of Red Arrow Highway and Benton Center Road in Benton Charter Township. On that day, Kling confronted Derrick Bailey, who was sitting in the passenger seat of a vehicle driven by his girlfriend, who was also Kling's ex-girlfriend.
