Ramell Carter, a 27-year-old aspiring rapper from Detroit, Michigan, was tragically killed on July 30, 2017. Carter, along with his friend Domonique Brown, was fatally shot while driving on Interstate 94 in Detroit. The incident occurred around 2:45 a.m. as they were returning home from a nightclub.
