In the winter of 2023 in Detroit, Michigan, Mario Lamar Stodghill, a 36-year-old Black male, was found deceased alongside 37-year-old Willie Mack Long III. Their bodies were discovered inside a vehicle on January 13, 2023, at the intersection of Liberal and Reno. Both men had been victims of gun violence.
