On August 1, 2023, Michelle Hicks, a 45-year-old resident of Chandler, Arizona, lost her life in a tragic incident. The event was identified by police as a suspected murder-suicide involving Michelle and a 49-year-old man named Rafael Quezada.

The incident occurred as a result of an apparent domestic dispute. According to the investigation, Michelle Hicks was fatally shot by Rafael Quezada. Following the shooting, Quezada also took his own life.
