William Charles Bass, aged 51, tragically lost his life on May 22, 2019, in Muskegon Heights, Michigan. The incident occurred outside the East Park Manor apartment complex, where Bass had been barbecuing with family members. According to reports, a vehicle approached the area where Bass was present, leading to a confrontation.
