Dominic Henry Sugin, a 20-year-old man from Muskegon, Michigan, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident on December 13, 2023. The incident occurred around 11:30 am near the intersection of Grand Avenue and Hoyt Street in Muskegon. Sugin was found by officers from the Muskegon Police Department who responded to the scene.
