DJuan Omar Ramsey, a 30-year-old resident of Warren, Michigan, tragically lost his life on May 31, 2019. The incident occurred in the living room of the home he shared with his live-in boyfriend, Walter C. Franklin, on Hupp Street near Nine Mile and Hoover roads. According to reports, the fatal encounter happened around 11 p.m. during a heated argument between the two men, who had been drinking vodka for several hours.
