Mark Samuel, a 38-year-old tattoo shop owner from Warren, MI, was tragically murdered on March 27, 2017. Samuel was gunned down outside his home on Stewart Avenue after receiving a threatening phone call earlier that evening. The incident occurred around 10:00 PM, and Samuel was shot multiple times, leading to his untimely death.
