Shakeale Kashif Gibran Hill, a 29-year-old resident of Syracuse, New York, tragically passed away on December 18, 2021. On that fateful night, Syracuse Police responded to a call regarding a motor vehicle collision and shots fired at the 1100 block of W. Colvin Street around 10:15 PM.
