Luis Ramos-Rodriguez, a 27-year-old man from Syracuse, NY, tragically lost his life on July 26, 2020. He was visiting the area from Puerto Rico when he was shot in the head on Oswego Street. The incident occurred on the city's westside, and Ramos-Rodriguez was immediately transported to University Hospital by paramedics. Despite their efforts, he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
