In the early morning hours of a summer day in Denver, Colorado, the life of 18-year-old Matthew Arellano was tragically cut short. On July 5, 2019, in the Harvey Park neighborhood, police responded to a call around 1:40 a.m. in the 2500 block of South Patton Court.
