On a summer night in Denver, Colorado, the life of 18-year-old Osbaldo Zavala-Hernandez was tragically cut short. On August 21, 2016, officers from the Denver Police Department were dispatched to 3480 S. Galena Street after reports of gunfire echoed through the neighborhood. Upon their arrival, they discovered the young male lying on the sidewalk, suffering from a gunshot wound.
