On November 26, 2016, a tragic incident of road rage resulted in the fatal shooting of Miguel Baray, a 28-year-old resident of Denver, Colorado. The events unfolded when Baray was stopped at a stop sign and allegedly raised his middle finger in response to another driver, David Alberto Garcia, honking his horn.
