On a tragic Easter Sunday in 2017, the life of 26-year-old Wynban C. Goddard was cut short in Syracuse, New York. The young man was at a crowded intersection on Lodi Street on April 16th when he was fatally shot in the back. Emergency services transported him to University Hospital, but he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
