Darryl Hicks, a 28-year-old father of two from Detroit, Michigan, was tragically shot and killed on July 25, 2019. The incident occurred around 9 p.m. at a gas station on Gratiot Avenue, just north of East State Fair. Hicks was filling up his gas tank when he was approached by three armed men: Reondo Ventour, Dekarie Kennedy, and Kayjuan Glover-Smith.
