Death by Force

Phillip Napier, a 25-year-old resident of Benton Harbor, Michigan, tragically passed away on January 24, 2021. Phillip was shot in the lower abdomen while seated in his vehicle near the intersection of Ogden and Division in Benton Harbor. Despite the efforts of responding officers to control the bleeding and his subsequent transport to Lakeland Hospital, Phillip succumbed to his injuries the following day.
