Bernard Waller, a 31-year-old resident of Detroit, Michigan, tragically lost his life on February 22, 2021. The incident occurred on Interstate 96 near Grand River in Detroit. According to reports, Waller was driving a Dodge Durango with his girlfriend when they were both shot by someone in a Dodge Charger. The shooting happened around 8:12 p.m., and Michigan State Troopers on patrol initially thought they were responding to a traffic crash.
