Lamar Bailey, a 1-year-old from Detroit, Michigan, tragically lost his life on August 19, 2003. His death was part of a horrific incident where his father, Anthony Lamar Bailey, fatally shot Lamar and his two sisters, Ayana (3 years old) and Sharnice (11 years old), in their home. Anthony Bailey used a 12-gauge shotgun to carry out the murders, shooting the children at close range before setting the house on fire in an attempt to conceal the crime.
