Todd J. "T.J." Mitchell II, aged 28, passed away unexpectedly on May 23, 2021, in Muskegon, Michigan. Born on February 13, 1993, to Cynthia Phillips and Todd J. Mitchell I, Todd was known for his love of making jokes, playing basketball, producing music, and spending time with his daughter. His sudden death left his family and community in shock and mourning.
