Raymond Leonard Harbert, Jr., a 29-year-old father of three from Clinton Township, Michigan, tragically lost his life on August 8, 2021, in Center Line, MI. Harbert was shot multiple times following a confrontation outside a home on State Park near Landau Street, a residential area south of 10 Mile Road and west of Van Dyke Avenue.
