Devin Hazen, a 27-year-old resident of Kalamazoo, Michigan, was tragically shot and killed on August 10, 2021. The incident occurred around 12:45 p.m. in the 700 block of West Kalamazoo Avenue near Elm Street. The Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety (KDPS) responded to the scene and identified Hazen as the victim. The shooting was reported to be the result of an ongoing domestic situation.
