In the summer of 2014, the life of 19-year-old Christopher L. Adams, a Caucasian male from Kalamazoo, Michigan, was tragically cut short. Known for his adventurous and free-spirited nature, Christopher was a young man who embraced life with enthusiasm. He had a passion for anything with wheels, from bikes and motorcycles to go-karts and four-wheelers. A recent graduate of Barclay Alternative High School, he was working for his family's business, Adams Heating & Cooling.
His outgoing personality and sense of humor made him a beloved figure among his numerous friends and family.
On the evening of July 23, 2014, gunshots rang out in the 3200 block of Mount Olivet Road in Kalamazoo. Shortly after, Christopher Adams arrived at Borgess Medical Center with a fatal gunshot wound. It was determined that an exchange of gunfire had occurred in the area, and Christopher was a victim of this violence.
