Michael David-Jewel Clopton III, a 21-year-old resident of Kalamazoo, Michigan, tragically lost his life on October 6, 2020. He was shot and killed inside a residence located in the 100 block of Frank Street in Kalamazoo's Northside neighborhood around 11 p.m. that night. The Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety (KDPS) responded to the scene and found Clopton suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite their efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead shortly after.
