In the afternoon hours of November 4, 2023, the life of 35-year-old Kemberlyn Dwayne Trotman, Sr., a Black male, was tragically cut short in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The incident unfolded around 12:30 p.m. on Woodbury Avenue, where authorities responded to reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered Trotman with a fatal gunshot wound to his head.
