William Whitley, aged 89, passed away on December 7, 2021, in Detroit, Michigan. His death was a result of a tragic and violent incident. William and his son, Natalino Whitley, 62, were found shot inside their firebombed home on Frederick Street near East Grand Boulevard. Firefighters discovered the bodies near the back of the house, suggesting that they were attempting to escape the blaze.
