Andre Willie Garner, a 27-year-old resident of Muskegon, Michigan, tragically lost his life on December 16, 2021. Garner's death occurred at MI Bar on West Sherman in Norton Shores, where he was shot multiple times following an altercation. The incident took place around 1:23 a.m., and despite attempts to revive him through CPR, Garner was pronounced dead at the scene.
