In the early hours of December 16, 2021, a night out at the MI Bar in Norton Shores, Michigan, turned fatal for Andre Willie Garner, a 27-year-old man from Muskegon. An altercation that began as a fistfight escalated, resulting in Garner being shot multiple times. Despite efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident, which unfolded in the presence of several witnesses, was captured by the bar's security cameras.
