On June 4, 2022, 11-year-old Saniyah Pugh was tragically killed while playing inside her grandmother's home in Detroit, Michigan. The incident occurred around 10:15 p.m. when a bullet fired from outside the house struck Saniyah, who was in a bedroom at the time.
