In the early morning hours of a Sunday in Vicksburg, Mississippi, a dispute escalated to a fatal conclusion, leaving one man dead. Jimmy Lee Johnson, a 32-year-old male, was shot and killed on February 8, 2015, at LD's Restaurant & Lounge located on Mulberry Street. The establishment, known as a local gathering spot, became the scene of a sudden act of violence that would later be detailed through witness accounts and a police investigation.
