In the early evening of December 10, 2019, tragedy struck at the Azalea Trace apartment complex in Warren County, just outside the Vicksburg, Mississippi city limits. Kameron James Logan, a 19-year-old male, was found lying outside an apartment, the victim of a gunshot wound to his abdomen.
