In the summer of 2020, a young man's life was tragically cut short in a Vicksburg, Mississippi hotel. Quinterrious McCoy, a 23-year-old male, was found deceased on the morning of June 27, 2020, inside a room at the Oyo Hotel located on South Frontage Road. The Vicksburg Police Department responded to a call of a shooting at the hotel at approximately 10:36 a.m. Upon their arrival, officers discovered McCoy had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
