In the summer of 2015, the life of 46-year-old Roy Brown was tragically cut short in Vicksburg, Mississippi. On the morning of Tuesday, June 16, police discovered Brown's body lying face down in the front yard of a residence on Court Street, not far from the Vicksburg Police Department. He had been shot multiple times.
