Louay Aamer, a 56-year-old pilot from Tulsa, Oklahoma, was last in contact with his family on August 31, 2019. Prior to his disappearance, Aamer had flown to Mexico from Tulsa on July 14, 2019. On August 18, he sent a video to his family from Colima, Mexico, marking the last time he was seen visually. The final communication with him was a text message sent on August 31, but no further contact was made afterward.
