Andre Ogans, a 36-year-old man from Tulsa, Oklahoma, was last seen on February 28, 2007. He left his home on a bicycle, telling his family that he was going to meet a friend. Ogans did not take any personal belongings with him and left behind a note indicating his plans to meet someone. His family reported him missing in March after he failed to return home. His abandoned bicycle was found near Admiral and Sheridan in Tulsa, but there were no other signs of his whereabouts.
