In early 2007, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, a 36-year-old man named Andre Vondell Ogans vanished, leaving his family with unanswered questions. On March 9, 2007, Ogans was last seen leaving his home on his bicycle. He reportedly told his family he was going to visit a friend and left without taking any of his personal belongings.
