In the autumn of 2024, concern grew for the well-being of Derrick Yazzie Dixon, a 30-year-old man last seen on November 11 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. A member of the Cherokee Nation, Derrick was known to be living a transient lifestyle in the Tulsa area at the time of his disappearance. Standing at five feet nine inches and weighing approximately 210 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, his absence prompted his case to be reported to the Tulsa Police Department on November 18, 2024.
