Justin Rone May, a 37-year-old resident of Vicksburg, Mississippi, passed away on December 9, 2021. He was a security officer at the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) in Vicksburg. On the day of his death, a shooting incident occurred at the main gate of the ERDC campus on Hall’s Ferry Road. The incident was reported around 11:30 a.m., and it was later confirmed that Justin May had sustained a gunshot wound to the head.
