In the quiet Camelot Subdivision in Vicksburg, Mississippi, the evening of July 5, 2022, was shattered by the sound of gunshots. Responding to multiple 911 calls, Warren County Sheriff's Deputies arrived at a residence on Castle Drive to a grim scene. In his own driveway lay 57-year-old Jeffery Young Sr., who had been shot multiple times. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the deputy coroner. What began as a search for an unknown assailant soon turned into a shocking family tragedy.
