In the summer of 2016, a life was tragically cut short in Vicksburg, Mississippi. Bobby Nelson, a 35-year-old man, was fatally wounded in a shooting that occurred on the evening of Wednesday, August 3rd. The incident took place at the EastView Apartments, creating a scene of sudden violence and loss in the community.
