Aquarius Nelson, a 26-year-old resident of Brookhaven, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on November 2, 2015. Nelson was fatally shot at a residence located at 115 Walnut Street in Brookhaven. The incident occurred when Cordarryl Bell, the accused, allegedly opened fire on Nelson. Bell claimed that he acted in self-defense, asserting that Nelson and another individual, Lattrick Williams, were attempting to kill him in retaliation for a previous shooting involving Christopher Stringer.
