Carlos Tarell Smith, a 46-year-old man from Brookhaven, Mississippi, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident on January 28, 2024. The incident occurred during the early hours of Sunday morning, around 12:03 a.m., when local police received a call about a fight that had escalated into gunfire.
