In the quiet town of Natchez, Mississippi, a young man's life was tragically cut short on Valentine's Day in 2016. Revonne Corey Jr., a 20-year-old Black male, was fatally shot while sitting in the front passenger seat of a car on Homochitto Street. The incident unfolded when a friend in the backseat, 19-year-old Melvin Watts Jr., was reportedly handling a. 40-caliber semi-automatic pistol.
