In the autumn of 2016, a young man’s life was abruptly cut short in Jackson, Mississippi. Rochon Jackson, a 21-year-old male, was found with multiple gunshot wounds on the evening of Friday, November 4, 2016. The fatal shooting occurred on Rita Court, a normally quiet residential street. Neighbors were shocked by the violence that had shattered the peace of their community.
