Chelsie Lynn Kirschten, a 23-year-old woman from Jackson, Mississippi, tragically lost her life on August 17, 2017. Chelsie was shot while waiting at a red light at the intersection of North State and Fortification streets. The incident occurred around 11:45 PM when a single shot was fired into the driver's side window of her car, striking her in the upper back.
