Lily Nicole Bracey, a 9-year-old girl from Jackson, Mississippi, tragically passed away on October 12, 2022. The incident occurred at the Graystone Hills apartment complex on Chadwick Drive. According to reports, Lily was accidentally shot by another 9-year-old child shortly after returning home from school. The Hinds County Coroner, Sharon Grisham-Stewart, confirmed that Lily was shot in the neck and subsequently died from her injuries at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
