Deanne Bell, a 20-year-old sophomore biology major from Gary, Indiana, tragically lost her life on October 17, 2021, in a shooting incident at Club Rain in Jackson, Mississippi. The incident occurred during the early hours of Sunday morning, where Bell, along with two others, Alicia Brown, 24, and Elijah Bridges, 22, were found shot multiple times inside the nightclub. Bell and Bridges were discovered in a storage room at the back of the club, while Brown's body was found at the front.
