Lucie Ann Tanner, a 49-year-old female, was driving north on Watkins Drive in Jackson, Mississippi, on the evening of November 4, 2022, with two juvenile passengers in her vehicle. Suddenly, a white sedan carrying two men pulled in front of her car and opened fire. The gunshots struck Tanner, critically injuring her. The two young passengers in her vehicle were fortunately not harmed during the attack.
