On a crisp autumn day in Jackson, Mississippi, the life of 27-year-old Carrie Marie Fleming was tragically cut short. On October 10, 2022, Fleming, a beloved mother with a warm smile and a big heart, became a victim of gun violence. Known affectionately as 'KoKo,' she was a graduate of Wingfield High School and had earned an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice from Hinds Community College.
