In the late summer of 2019, the life of 19-year-old Nathan Shelby, a White male, was tragically cut short in Lexington, Kentucky. The events leading to his death began to unfold on September 3rd, stemming from a drug transaction that soured. Shelby was shot at an apartment on East Reynolds Road and succumbed to his injuries a few days later on September 7, 2019, at the University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital. An autopsy confirmed that a single gunshot wound to the head was the cause of death.
