Justin Harper, a 20-year-old resident of Jackson, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on April 30, 2018. The incident occurred on Cameron Street, where Harper was found deceased on a porch, having been shot 17 times. The investigation revealed that the shooting was the result of an altercation between Harper and his cousin, T’Quarius Jones.
