In the spring of 2019, the life of 16-year-old Jaleisa Everett was tragically cut short in Jackson, Mississippi. On the night of May 29, 2019, shots were fired into her home, resulting in her untimely death. Everett, who was a student at Provine High School, was known affectionately as 'Juicy' to her friends and family. She was born on May 26, 2003, to Latasha Sirs and James Everett and was the eldest of ten children.
