In the early morning hours of February 19, 2020, a tragedy unfolded in the parking lot of Baptist Hospital in Jackson, Mississippi, claiming the life of 32-year-old Christina Deloris Davis. A female employee of the hospital, Davis was arriving for her shift when she was confronted by her boyfriend. The encounter quickly escalated into a violent assault.
